This Privacy Policy explains how Bluecord, Inc. (“Bluecord,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data in connection with the Bluecord software platform, our cloud-based quality, manufacturing, inventory, quality-control, and clinical management software for life sciences organizations operating in regulated (GxP) environments (the “Platform” or “Services”). It applies to personal data we process when authorized users access and use the Platform, including its web and mobile applications. It does not govern Bluecord’s public marketing website. Where we process the personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we do so in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
